Padrino Systems

A technology partner for your operation.

You do not need to know what software to build. Tell us how your business works, where it gets stuck, and where you want to go. We will help you work out what technology can improve, and then help you make it happen.

Why a partner

You should not have to keep up with all of this

Your business needs technology. That does not mean you should have to become an expert in software, automation, AI, integrations, APIs, and every new platform that turns up. That part is our job.

We learn how your operation works, identify where technology can create a real advantage, and help you decide what is actually worth doing.

  • Sometimes that is new software.
  • Sometimes it is connecting systems you already have.
  • Sometimes it is automating one ugly process.
  • Sometimes it is buying something that already exists.
  • And sometimes the right recommendation is to change nothing.

Start with the problem

You do not need a project plan to call us

Most people can describe the problem long before they can describe the solution. That is the right way round, and it is a perfectly good place to begin.

"I wish these two systems talked to each other."

"We enter the same information three times."

"Our software almost works, but not quite."

"Customers keep calling us for information they should be able to see online."

"We have outgrown the spreadsheet."

"Nobody really owns our software anymore."

If one of those sounds like your week, that is a complete brief. We will take it from there.

How we work

We start with your business, not the software

Most vendors wait for you to hand over requirements. The hard part is knowing what the requirements should be, so that is where we start.

01

Understand

We learn how work actually moves through your company: the people, the systems, the spreadsheets, the workarounds, and the bottlenecks everyone has learned to live with.

02

Find opportunities

We identify where better software, automation, integration, or simply a different tool could save time, remove mistakes, improve visibility, or help you grow.

03

Recommend

We tell you what is worth doing and what is not, what you can simply buy, and what genuinely needs building. Including when the answer is to change nothing.

04

Execute

When something should be built or connected, you do not need to go and find another vendor. We do the work.

05

Stay involved

As your business changes and the technology changes, we keep looking for the next improvement worth making.

How we engage

One problem, or the whole system

Most relationships here start small. You bring us the thing that is costing you time, we fix it, and we go further only if that makes sense for you.

Start small

Solve a problem

Bring us the one thing that is costing you time. We scope it, price it, build it, and finish it. No retainer, no long-term commitment, no obligation to keep going.

  • One system connected to another
  • A manual process automated
  • A missing internal tool built
  • A website or customer portal that earns its keep

Or go further

Become your technology partner

We become the technology partner behind your operation. We learn your business, maintain what we run, improve what you already use, spot the next opportunity, and help you navigate what comes next.

  • A standing view of where the next improvement is
  • Maintenance and monitoring on what we run
  • New tools and connections as the business changes
  • Someone to call before you buy anything
How the partnership works

From project to partnership

Small first. Bigger only if we earn it.

A first project is usually a few thousand dollars and a few weeks. If it goes well, the next conversation tends to be about the next problem. That progression is normal, but it is never a condition of working together.

First

A first project

One defined problem, usually a few thousand dollars and a few weeks. It stands on its own and you owe us nothing after it.

Then

Repeat work

If it went well, the next conversation tends to be about the next problem. Still project by project, still your call each time.

Later

Software partner

At some point it is simpler to have us on standing responsibility for a meaningful part of your software. Plenty of clients never get here, and that is fine.

No forced replacement

We work with what you already have

Hiring us does not mean throwing out your systems. Most of our work connects, extends, and repairs software a business already pays for. We suggest replacing something only when keeping it costs more than changing it, and we show you the reasoning either way.

Keep your current tools

Hiring us is not a signal to start ripping things out. Most of our work makes the software you already pay for work better.

Connect instead of replace

A connection between two systems is usually faster, cheaper, and less disruptive than migrating off either one.

Replace only when it pays

Sometimes keeping a system costs more than changing it. When that is the case we will say so plainly, with the numbers.

Example outcomes

What we found, and what we changed

The investigation matters more than the build. Two of these ended somewhere other than where the client expected.

Integration

Two systems that never agreed

The problem

Orders were keyed into one system and re-keyed into another. The two never matched, and month end meant reconciling by hand to work out which one was right.

What we found

Both systems already exposed the data we needed. Nothing had to be replaced, and the migration the team had been quietly dreading turned out to be unnecessary.

The result

One entry, synced automatically, and a single set of numbers the whole team works from. Reconciliation went from a recurring argument to a non-event.

Recommendation

The project we talked them out of

The problem

A company had outgrown its spreadsheets and was about to commission a custom inventory system, with the budget already set aside.

What we found

The platform they were already paying for did most of it. What was actually missing was a connection to two suppliers and a report nobody had ever set up.

The result

They got what they actually needed in weeks rather than months, and kept the rest of the money. We would rather be right than be paid for the bigger job.

Technology

Modern tools, chosen to fit the problem

We are not tied to one vendor or one stack. We pick what suits the problem and what your team can live with for years.

Web applications

Modern, fast, maintainable applications that run in a browser and on a phone.

APIs and integrations

The connections between systems, including custom ones where no connector exists.

Ecommerce

Storefronts, payments, and the operational plumbing behind an order.

Databases and data migration

Getting data out of an old system and into a new one without losing history.

Cloud infrastructure

Hosting, deployment, backups, and monitoring, run so you do not have to think about it.

Automation

Scheduled work, event-driven workflows, and the handoffs between them.

AI where it helps

Language models applied to reading, sorting, and drafting. One tool among several.

Reporting and analytics

Numbers assembled once, correctly, and kept current.

Not sure where to start

Walk us through your operation.

Show us the software you use, the spreadsheets your team relies on, the repetitive work, the things customers complain about, and the processes everyone has learned to live with. We will help identify where technology could make a real difference.

No project required. No software pitch. If we find nothing worth doing, we will tell you that.
